One-click send

If you quickly need to send a file to a particular folder, drive or program in Windows XP without having to click through a series of steps to get there, you can do so by providing more locations to the 'Send To' sub-menu item that appears whenever you right-click on a particular file. First, click the 'Start' button and then 'Run’. Now, type in 'sendto and click the 'OK' button. The 'SendTo' folder for your particular username will open. Next, delete any shortcuts that you don't need and create additional ones as required. For example, to create a shortcut to a certain I folder, navigate to the folder first. Right-click and drag it to the 'SendTo' folder, release the right mouse button and select 'Create Shortcuts Here'. To create a shortcut to an installed program, navigate to the program in the Start menu and then repeat the same steps as above.
